The Carinthia University of Applied Science (Fachhochschule Kärnten) ("FH") offers users the web portal BioMONITec under the following conditions:

The FH accepts no liability for and makes no guarantee as to the correctness and/or completeness of the data and information available through the portal.
§2 DATA PRIVACY PROTECTION

The details regarding the processing of your personal data within the scope of the BioMONITec website is presented below.
For the usage of publicly accessible areas of this website (those without requiring a login), no submission of personal data is necessary. Though the web server responsible for the BioMONITec website processes data that your Internet browser communicates, such as the name of the accessed page or file, access date and time, Ihe internet browser used, screen resolution, and operating system, it does not collect or store any of these data.
This website does not use any trackers or analytics. The only cookies used are those strictly required from the technical perspective: They allow to store session information and submit form data safely.
Some pages of this website have embedded YouTube videos,[YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA]. When accessing a page with an embedded video, your IP address may be processed by YouTube LLC, and cookies might be set. The data and information available to users on the BioMONITec web portal is available to users for and may only be used for personal use and not for commercial use of any kind.

The data from the Provincial Governments of federal states are made available under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Austria license. To see a copy of this license please click here or write to Creative Commons, Post Office Box 1866, Mountain View, CA 94042, USA. All other content on the portal, as well as the web design and "look and feel" of the website are protected by the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the FH or its licensors. Copying, distribution, rearrangement, editing and/or changing the information or data, in particular of the text, images, audio or video, as well as the use of these materials in violation of these conditions of use, is prohibited without the advanced approval of the FH.
§4 MISCELLANEOUS

The FH reserves the right to change these conditions of use at any time without notice.
(2)
The FH reserves the right to discontinue the portal, permanently or temporarily, at any time without notice.
(3)
Use of the portal or the data, information, text, and images on the portal, as well as any actions, sufferance or omissions in connection with the portal, shall be subject to and interpreted exclusively by Austrian law. All claims shall be brought before the courts of Klagenfurt, Austria unless otherwise required by law.
(4)
If any provision of these conditions of use shall be found unenforceable or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The unenforceable or ineffective provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely fulfills the legal and commercial purpose of the unenforceable or ineffective provision.
